Elsewhere, No. 5 draft pick Arvell Reese has “flashed tantalizing potential” in training camp according to Roundtable and pundits from Locked On NFL think former Giants icon Odell Beckham Jr. “can make an impact.”
Yet, the real difference maker is Harbaugh, who The Post’s Steve Serby says “raises the standard of everyone in the franchise…underachieving players begin achieving. Good players have a chance to become great players. Every player becomes the best version of himself.”
