Kim Zolciak’s 15-year-old son, KJ Biermann, has officially been indicted in his sexual assault and sodomy case, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.
The teenager was indicted Thursday by a grand jury in Georgia on seven total charges — aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16, and false imprisonment.
The charges stem from Biermann’s alleged acts against a victim under the age of 16 on April 23.
Alpharetta Police Department kimzolciakbiermann/Instagram Biermann, according to the docs, allegedly committed “an immoral and indecent act” to a victim under the age of 16 by “aggressively rubbing [her] vagina with the intent to arouse and satisfy his sexual desires.”
The act caused “physical injury” to the victim, the docs state.
