Guna Maya Bohara's great-nephew, Dipak Bohara, has told BBC Nepali she looked like "a warrior" who had returned victorious from battle.
The operation to pull Bohara out of the rubble of her care home took four hours.
Bohara travelled from Kathmandu to help rescue his great-aunt.
Hundreds of people have been confirmed dead after Wednesday's flash floods, which scientists believe were triggered by a glacier collapsing in the Himalayan border region with Tibet.
