Add Page Six on Google Alaia Baldwin Aronow’s fate has been revealed after she allegedly threw a used tampon at a bartender.
Page Six can confirm that the older sister of Hailey Bieber will not face jail time, and her case has been dismissed.
According to court records filed in Chatham County last Friday, Baldwin Aronow was placed in a pre-trial diversion program instead of going to trial.
Since she completed the program and paid the required $300 fee to participate, the State of Georgia asked the court to formally dismiss the case.
The docs also say the case should be closed without further prosecution, and any associated warrants should be dismissed.

As Page Six previously reported, Baldwin Aronow, 33, was arrested in March 2024 and booked on charges of simple assault, simple battery, battery and criminal trespassing.
She allegedly threw a used tampon at a female bartender, Haleigh Cauley, who worked at Club Elan in Savannah after she was seen throwing up in the bathroom.
The model also allegedly tore a chunk of hair out of one bouncer’s head and struck another one in the genitals.
“She also initially denied throwing her used tampon at Ms. Cauley but later stated she did throw it,” the police report, obtained by Page Six, noted.

When confronted about the alleged attack on the bouncers, the eldest daughter of Stephen Baldwin and Kennya Baldwin told authorities she was merely “defending herself.”
In January, we reported that Baldwin Aronow could face up to one year in prison after being charged with battery. However, after successfully completing a pre-trial diversion program, prosecutors have moved to dismiss the charges.
Although Bieber and her sister have not publicly been seen together in recent years, they seem to share a close bond.
The Rhode founder served as her sister’s maid of honor at her 2017 wedding to producer Andrew Aronow.
Baldwin Aronow was also in Hailey’s wedding to Justin Bieber in 2019.
Additionally, Hailey and Justin have posted some cute snaps spending time with Baldwin Aronow’s daughter, Iris.
