Add The California Post on Google An Ojai pastor who also worked as a massage therapist was charged Wednesday with allegedly molesting two children under the age of 14 over several years — and investigators fear there could be more victims.
David Johnson, 58, faces six felony counts with the alleged abuse taking place at locations in Ojai and Oxnard, according to the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office.
Johnson is accused of four counts of lewd acts upon a child and two counts of continuous sexual abuse.
Prosecutors have also filed special allegations of substantial sexual conduct and that the alleged victims were younger than 14.
The victims allegedly knew Johnson through a familial relationship, giving him access to the children, authorities said.
Investigators believe the alleged abuse occurred over a period of several years.
Now, authorities are asking anyone who may have information about Johnson or believe they may have been victimized by him to come forward.
“If you believe you have information about this case or possible other unreported crimes Johnson may have committed,” the Ventura County DA’s Office said, investigators want to hear from you.

Johnson was arraigned in Ventura County Superior Court and pleaded not guilty to all charges.
He remains jailed without bail. A bail review hearing is scheduled for Friday, Aug. 28.
