Add The New York Post on Google Olivia Dunne tried to teach Olivia Ponton the “Baywatch” ropes.
This week Ponton posted a TikTok video where she recruited the former LSU gymnast to teach her the signature “Baywatch” run as Dunne is featured in Fox’s reboot of the show.
While wearing matching striped swimsuits, the two took on the lesson.
“Okay, today I’m here with Miss Olivia Dunne,” Ponton said. “She’s a ‘Baywatch’ baddie, if you didn’t know, and she’s going to teach me how to do the sexy on-the-beach strut because I need that.”
To that, Dunne had three principles for the strut.
“One: fluff up your hair, get it on point,” Dunne said. “Two: fluff up what you got, get it on point.
The two went through the instructions again together in the water before Dunne went on to be “the inspo” for Ponton, jogging out of the water while staring down the eye of the camera.
Ponton, who has been connected to Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow, attempted the slow motion run three times through lots of laughing before getting it on the fourth and final try.
“What do you rate it?” Ponton asked at the end.
“I mean, I would be pretty happy if you saved me,” Dunne replied.
It wasn’t the first time Dunne gave someone a lesson in the technique. She also did it with a wig-wearing Jimmy Fallon on “The Tonight Show” in May.
In early August, Dunne shared an update on her acting gig, writing “officially off duty… season 1 it’s been real ;) 🎞️🛟” in an Instagram post while wearing the typical red bathing suit.
She also previously shared several photos alongside co-stars Brooks Nadar, Stephen Amell and Noah Beck at Venice Beach while filming in March.
“I only run in slow motion now,” Dunne captioned the post.
Dunne recently soaked in the sun and sand in Miami with boyfriend and Pirates ace Paul Skenes.
The two went to a beach in Key Biscayne a day after Skenes was pulled after throwing only 65 pitches in what has been a part of a tough season for the former Cy Young winner.
