Montana gunman who massacred 8 family members at Sunday dinner ID’d as clues about possible motive revealed

Add The New York Post on Google The Montana gunman who massacred eight family members – including four children – at a home he then torched has been ID’d as a 44-year-old relative who had been told to move out of the home, according to two of the victims’ father.

The mass shooter was identified as Alan Smith, according to Brad Ireland, whose ex-wife and two children were among those killed in the shocking rampage.

Ireland said that Smith had recently been asked by the family to move out of the home before the shooting occurred.

The Sunday mass shooting killed eight people, representing four generations of a blended family, ranging from a 92-year-old wheelchair-bound great-grandmother to a 7-year-old girl, family friend and neighbor Jennifer Mercer said.
