Jessie James Decker explains why she’s removing ‘very large’ breast implants

Add Page Six on Google Jessie James Decker is embracing her “natural girl era” and reducing her breast size.

The singer, 38, revealed in an Instagram video Friday that she’s set a date to take out her “very large breast implants.” Decker explained that she made the decision because she wants to feel more like herself.

“I’ve been on such a fitness journey with yall and my @jjdfitclub getting stronger and more confident than ever. I’m not stopping and I don’t want anything holding me back,” she wrote, alongside a video of her impressively doing a handstand and showing off her toned physique.

“This strong girl Era has really helped me feel more connected to my body and what feels right for me,” she continued. “I just don’t feel like these big implants fit who I am anymore.”

The mother of four also shared that having her youngest daughter, 2-year-old Denver, kick-started a “less is more” chapter for her.

“I want less maintenance in my life and I’m embracing my natural girl era!” she explained. “Maybe it’s getting closer to 40, but I’ve reached this place where I want to feel the most like myself.”

She added, “Having a daughter has made me think about it even more. I never want her to feel like she has to do all this upkeep to feel beautiful.”

Decker said that for now she’s reducing her implants, but ultimately, she wants to be able to take them out completely.

“But I know myself, and realistically I’m not sure I’m totally ready for that yet,” she admitted. “I’ve had such large ones for so long I don’t know what I have underneath it all.”

She joked, “What I think I’m ready for is what they’re calling juicy ballerina boobies!?”

Decker has been open with fans about her cosmetic surgery procedures. She first showed off her breast implants in May 2021, wearing a blue bikini on Instagram.

“They were so big and perky before children and I wanted them back … plus some. I feel great; I’m super happy with them and felt like a brand-new woman,” she wrote at the time.

But in July 2024, she said she wanted her “Playboy melons” reduced.

“i am in no rush for surgery right now. they look pretty good. butttt eventually i will want to downsize. and shoot, maybe by then i will have changed my mind and will taken em out … but i love big perky boobies 😂 😂,” she shared.

The “Should Have Known Better” singer has four kids — Vivianne, 12, Eric Jr., 10, Forrest, 8, and Denver — with her husband, former NFL athlete Eric Decker.

She joked with her husband — who got a vasectomy in 2024 — that she wanted baby No. 5 in a video she posted earlier this month, which hilariously had him fleeing.
