Add The New York Post on Google Police in Georgia put out a wanted post on a Walmart shopper because he picked up $30 from the floor and didn’t turn it in.
The Albany Police Department in southern Georgia posted the man’s picture after another shopper claimed they dropped the cash and reported the incident to police.
“This individual picked up the money and did not turn it in to the employees,” the department wrote on Facebook.
The department later noted that the man returned the cash and that the person who called police decided not to pursue criminal charges.
