Brock Purdy’s wife Jenna hints at tough family adjustment before 49ers season

Add The California Post on Google San Francisco 49ers star quarterback Brock Purdy must get used to not being around his daughter, Millie Joleen, all the time, given that the 2026 regular season is starting soon.

This will also force Purdy’s wife, Jenna, to confront a family adjustment. And she seemed to allude to this with an Instagram post from earlier this week.

49ers quarterback Brock Purdy and his wife, Jenna, announce they are expecting their second baby. Instagram/@jennapurdyy The post was a video of Brock, Jenna and Millie sharing moments in a field together, which included Brock throwing rocks in a pond and tossing Millie in the air.

The post was captioned, “Soaking in every moment together 🥹”. While Jenna didn’t say it outright, this caption seems to hint that they must soak in these family moments before Brock has to shift his attention to the 49ers’ upcoming season.

View this post on Instagram Millie was born in July 2025 and likely doesn’t remember too much about the 2025 NFL season when she was a newborn. But that will change once the 2026 season begins, especially when the 49ers travel to Australia to take on the Rams during Week 1 of the regular season.

Perhaps Jenna and Millie will take the trip to Australia to support Brock in person. But that’s a long flight for anybody, let alone a 1-year-old.

The silver lining is that San Francisco has three straight home games after its Australia trip, which will allow Brock to make up for lost time with his wife and daughter.
