Add Page Six on Google Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker seemingly paid tribute to their pregnancy loss with a tattoo five years before publicly revealing the miscarriage.
In May 2021, Barker shared his newest ink on Instagram: a skull with a tulip in place of the crossbones.
A fan re-shared the blink-182 drummer’s post on Reddit Thursday, questioning whether the tattoo was meant to honor the couple’s lost baby girl, whom they wanted to name Tulip.
“I wonder if the tattoo that Travis got over his ‘S&T’ was less [of] a dig at his ex-wife and more of a tribute to the baby that he and Kourtney were going to name Tulip,” the social media user wrote alongside the photos.
The “S&T” tattoo referenced Barker’s ex-wife, Shanna Moakler. Their divorce was finalized in February 2008.
Other Reddit users appeared to agree with the fan’s theory, with one commenter writing, “OooOooOoo good eye! Totally seems likely.”
“This is actually so heartwarming,” another user said.
Kardashian and Barker revealed in June that they had suffered a miscarriage six months into their relationship, sharing the heartbreaking news in Barker’s documentary, “Travis Barker: Louder Than Fear.”
The Poosh founder became pregnant shortly after she and Barker, 50, began dating in January 2021, the pair explained in the film.
They learned they were having a baby girl, whom they planned to name Tulip, before discovering three months into the pregnancy that she no longer had a heartbeat.

“When we lost the baby, we were devastated,” Kardashian, 47, said in the film. “We cried for days.”
Kardashian and Barker, who tied the knot in May 2022, publicly announced they were expecting in June 2023.
The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum broke the news at a blink-182 concert in Los Angeles, holding up a sign that read, “Travis, I’m pregnant,” while Barker performed onstage.
Kardashian is also mom to three children with ex Scott Disick — Mason, 16, Penelope, 14, and Reign, 11 — while Barker shares two children with his ex-wife, Landon, 22, and Alabama, 20, and helped raise his former stepdaughter, Atiana De La Hoya, 27.
“The Kardashians” star and the rocker welcomed son Rocky in November 2023.
Barker is thought to have gotten another tattoo in honor of his and Kardashian’s son, previously sharing a Snapchat photo of a stencil that read “Rocky.” He has yet to show the completed tattoo.
