Usher and Chris Brown extend 2026 tour, add MetLife show. Get tickets

Add The New York Post on Google Usherboard and Team Breezy have spoken.

Due to overwhelming demand, Usher and Chris Brown extended their ongoing ‘The R&B Tour’ — aka ‘The Raymond and Brown Tour’ — adding eight more shows to the nationwide run.

That includes a stop at East Rutherford, NJ’s MetLife Stadium on Thursday, Oct. 15 (they had previously played two nights at the Jets and Giants Stadium in early August).

Other gigs will take place in major metropolises like Baltimore (Oct. 17), Indianapolis (Oct. 31), Atlanta (Nov. 5), Los Angeles (Nov. 16) and Miami (Dec. 6).

“You all are STILL not playing about The R&B Tour,” Usher shared via Instagram.

“The love has been unreal…the fans have made this tour what it is. We see you. Let’s keep making it BIGGER!”

At past shows, the hit-making pair has performed gargantuan, career-spanning, 50-song sets where they each take the stage by themselves and deliver hit parades.

Just a few of the most popular bops Usher rocks include “Yeah!,” “Caught Up,” “U Remind Me,” “My Boo” and “Burn” among others.

As for Brown, he typically unveils tasty throwbacks like “Poppin’,” “Loyal,” “Look at Me Now,” “Run It!” and “Yo (Excuse Me Miss)” as well as bangers from his recently-released 12th studio album “Brown.”

Fans weren’t the only ones left impressed either.

“[Their] show was split into acts and they alternated sets, which made it feel like two separate concerts that happened to be going on at the same place rather than a joint performance. But, it was still spectacular,” Boston.com noted in a review of a recent ‘R&B Tour’ concert in Foxborough.

“There were pole dancers, breakdancers, flame twirlers, and copious amounts of fireworks…they brought energy, enthusiasm, and precision the entire time.”

At a recent concert, Usher pulled a fan onstage for a mid-show shirtless serenade.

Page Six reported that “as a shirtless Usher started singing to her, she looked painfully uncomfortable, though he continued to try to interact with her by lightly touching her chin and face. But when he tried to get her to recline on the onstage bed and she stiffly moved back, the 47-year-old singer pulled away.”

The woman, Gabrelle Cheyenne wrote “Y’all aren’t gonna get on the internet calling me out my name and disrespecting me and expect me to keep it cool!…Don’t think that yall are gonna bully me about an experience that yall didn’t get!”

For more on what she said about the uncomfortable interaction, check out Page Six’s story here.

In 2009, Brown had a domestic dispute with his then-girlfriend Rihanna that became violent. Soon after, she was sent to the hospital to treat severe facial injuries.

That morning, Brown turned himself into the Los Angeles Police Department. One month later, he pleaded guilty to felony assault. After agreeing to a plea deal that included community labor, five years probation, and domestic violence counseling, the judge ruled a 50-yard, five-year restraining order was necessary for Rihanna.

Brown is also known for his 2013 spat with singer Frank Ocean, a hit and run, breaking internal rules at a rehab center, assaulting his manager and a five-year restraining order from his ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, among other transgressions.

Most recently, he was charged this past May with smashing a tequila bottle over a music producer’s head at a London nightclub in 2023. He was granted bail and plead not guilty.

Many of the world’s most gifted party-starters will be out and about strutting their stuff all year long.
