In the US, Congress's lower house has narrowly rejected a resolution to curb President Donald Trump's powers in the Iran war. It's the second vote in as many days, after the Senate defeated a similar measure. While Democrats argue this is a war and needs congressional approval, the Trump administration defends that it is a "limited operation".
