Add The New York Post on Google UFC legend Chuck Liddell is accusing his ex-wife Heidi of abducting their oldest child and has petitioned the court to have her returned to him.
Liddell filed an emergency custody order in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday requesting full custody of his 14-year-old daughter Guinevere pending a hearing, according to court documents obtained by The Post.
The documents show Chuck alleging the ordeal began because Heidi realized her efforts to convince the courts to allow her to move both Guinevere and the couple’s 13-year-old daughter Charlie to Newport Beach, Calif, would not come to fruition before the school year started in the fall.

Getty Images Chuck claims Heidi abducted Guinevere right before the first school day by cajoling her to move to Orange County against court orders. He alleges this happened during his week to be with Guinevere last Thursday and that Hedi has “no intent to return her.”
The former UFC Light Heavyweight champion also alleges that his ex-wife failed to comply with other court orders, including not using the co-parenting communication app, using the children as messengers and failing to bring Guinevere to extracurricular activities.
Chuck expressed that his daughter’s absence from her first week of high school would cause “irreparable harm,” including potentially being kicked off the volleyball team she made over the summer. He claimed separating Guinevere from Charlie is causing “instability and chaos for both” children, given how close the two are.
Heidi pushed back to TMZ about Chuck’s claims, saying the teen begged to be taken from her father. She said she is “exhausted” by the custody drama, “never abducted anyone” and claimed the kids “don’t feel safe” speaking to Chuck. The two finalized their divorce in April 2025 after a nearly four-year process and 14 years of marriage.
