Ex-Sen. Kyrsten Sinema reveals stunning moment bodyguard’s wife confronted her about their tryst: ‘Are you having an affair with my husband?’

Add The New York Post on Google GREENSBORO, NC — Ex-Sen. Kyrsten Sinema revealed the jaw-dropping moment the wife of the bodyguard who he was having an affair with confronted her over text.

Sinema testified that she had sent her bodyguard lover, Matthew Ammel, a signal message saying “I miss you” on Oct. 3, 2024 — only to receive a harsh reply that apparently came from his wife, Heather Ammel.

“Are you having an affair with my husband?” the message read.

Heather Ammel later testified in North Carolina federal court that Sinema “groomed” her husband, who had been struggling with depression — saying she “had her hooks” in him.

“I felt completely powerless,” Heather Ammel said of watching her marriage collapse.

“It’s me against a United States senator who has power and money,” she said. “And she had her hook in him.”

Heather Ammel sued Sinema last year for “alienation of affection,” taking advantage of her home state’s “homewrecker law,” which permits women to sue their ex-spouse’s lovers.

Sinema pushed the suit to federal court in January in order to argue that the dalliance took place outside of North Carolina.

Heather Ammel is now seeking over $75,000 in damages.
