Gisele Bündchen shares rare photo of her 18-month-old son copying her workout routine: ‘What a gift’

Add Page Six on Google Gisele Bündchen shared an adorable photo of her 18-month-old son working out alongside her on a yacht.

The Brazilian supermodel took to Instagram Friday to post a rare photo of the toddler, whose name hasn’t been revealed, mimicking her pose, with his tiny hands placed on two dumbbells and one leg lifted in the air.

“It’s so sweet to see how little they are when they start watching and emulating what we do,” she captioned the snap.

“They’re learning from us even when we don’t realize it,” Bündchen, 46, continued.

“Moments like this remind me that my actions matter more than what I say, because so much of who they’re becoming is shaped by the example they see every day.”

The health guru described motherhood as a “gift” and “beautiful responsibility.”

Bündchen and her husband, Joaquim Valente, welcomed their son in February 2025.

The couple started dating in June 2023 and secretly tied the knot in November 2025 during an intimate ceremony hosted at their home.

The model was previously wed to Tom Brady for 13 years before filing for divorce in October 2022. The exes share two kids, Benjamin, 16, and Vivian, 13.

Bündchen, meanwhile, rarely shares photos of her private life, though she gave a special peek at her family vacation with Valente and her three kids last month.

The sweet photodump showed the businesswoman taking a dip in the ocean with her toddler, and another of Benjamin and Vivian hugging each other.

She also posted a photo of Valente holding their little one on a boat and a fourth snap of them dancing together.

Also in June, Bündchen honored Valente in a sweet Father’s Day tribute.

The photos showed the jiu-jitsu instructor and his son wearing matching gis as they playfully rolled on the mat.

At the time, Bündchen praised Valente as an “incredible role model” and thanked him for “leading by example.”
