Flowers limped off the field during 7-on-7 drills after reportedly colliding with safety Jaylinn Hawkins while running over the middle.
He immediately fell to the ground and had difficulty getting to his feet while being tended to by trainers.
The 25-year-old walked off the field under his own power.
