Jennifer Lackard, 49, quietly posted $75,000 bail Thursday in the wild attempted murder case, Bronx prosecutors and court records revealed.

While the disgraced police bigwig walked free, her alleged “Slutty Gang” member son Chase Lackard, 20, and ex-con husband James Lackard, 49, remained behind bars, records show.

Chase Lackard allegedly rolled down a window on the family minivan and shot several times at a rival, documents state.

No one was injured in the shooting, which unfolded just minutes after Chase Lackard had a court date.

“You can’t just sit directly outside. It has to be timed right,” Jennifer Lackard allegedly texted her son.

Jennfier Lackard was fired from her job as deputy police commissioner with the Mount Vernon Police Department after she and her family members were indicted this week.
