Kate Beckinsale defends ‘ridiculous’ yoga session in platform boots with dog on her back

Add Page Six on Google Kate Beckinsale is clapping back at haters who criticized her wild yoga session.

Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, the actress shared a series of pics of herself striking poses — while wearing platform boots and balancing her dog and her cat on her back.

“Yoga yoga yoga,” the 53-year-old captioned the social media upload, joking in the comments that “each animal has a preferred buttock.”

Her feline, notably, showed off its pink-dyed fur in the outdoor shots.

When an Instagram user called the pictures “ridiculous,” Beckinsale quipped, “risk it for a biscuit that’s what I say.”

She hit back at another dubbing her “crazy,” sarcastically agreeing that “yoga is a very concerning symptom.”

The “Underworld” star also railed against “miserable and empty” naysayers who “bum [her] out” in a lengthy comment.

“Can you imagine being a grown adult and doing that?” she asked. “I don’t have to hang out with them thank God.”

One follower wondered how Beckinsale manages to walk in her shoes, to which the “Widow” alum joked, “I don’t usually walk. I just wait in the street for somebody 5 foot 11 or taller and broad ish and then I just ask for a piggyback.”

As for how she got her “ankles of steel,” she reminded fans she is a “ballet girl.”

Beckinsale has made headlines for rocking the 10-inch combat boots in the past, recently breaking them out in November 2025.

At the time, she paired the statement footwear with a red bodysuit, a long fur coat — and no pants.

Similarly, Beckinsale decorated a Christmas tree in December 2024 while wearing a pair of eight-inchers that read “F–K” along the side in silver spikes.

She stood on a three-step ladder in the daring shots.

Social media users praised her “mad skills,” with one joking that Beckinsale “does her own stunts.”
