Add The California Post on Google A dramatic police pursuit through Southern California ended Wednesday morning with a man taken into custody after officers stopped a white minivan on the 91 Freeway.
Video from FOX 11 showed the California Highway Patrol pursuing the vehicle before bringing it to a stop around 8 a.m. The pursuit began in Long Beach all the way Compton abruptly ended near exit 110.

FOX A man wearing blue shorts, a white T-shirt and a hat was seen exiting the driver’s seat before at least two officers tackled him to the ground and placed him in handcuffs.
Moments later, a male juvenile emerged from the minivan as officers secured the scene.
It was not immediately clear whether the child had been abducted or whether the suspect knew the juvenile.
Authorities have not yet released details about what prompted the pursuit or the relationship between the two.
The Post has reached out to the California Highway Patrol and the Anaheim Police Department, which also responded to the scene, for additional information.
