In a press conference in Washington, several Democrat lawmakers, all of whom had previously served in the army, denounced what they called the Trump's administration's "war of choice" in Iran. This took place ahead of debates ahead of a vote of a war powers resolution, which gives lawmakers an opportunity to demand congressional approval before any further attacks are carried out.
