The Giants reported to their team facility Tuesday and took a charter flight to training camp in White Sulphur Springs, W.Va. The preseason finishes off with a three-day, pre-Labor Day respite Sept. 4-6 as the players are off for a long weekend. Between now and then, the intense and detailed work getting ready for the regular season will keep players and coaches engaged and busy.

For the next five and a half weeks, so much will be crammed into every minute of the morning and afternoon as head coach John Harbaugh does everything possible to get his team raring to go for the Sept. 13 opener against the Cowboys.

There will be 10 practices in 11 days for the official part of training camp, located for the first time for this franchise at The Greenbrier, a destination resort that will hardly feel like a vacation for anyone associated with the Giants.
