Jujutsu Kaisen, aka JJK, is an anime television series based on a manga of the same name. It follows the story of high school student Yuji Itadori (Junya Enoki; Adam McArthur in the English dub). Itadori becomes a vessel for a powerful and legendary ancient sorcerer, Ryomen Sukana (Junichi Suwabe; Ray Chase in the English dub), after consuming one of his preserved fingers.
To prevent Sukana from being fully resurrected, Itadori joins forces with an organization of Jujustu Sorcerers who a trained to fight Curses, manifestations of negative human emotions. His mission throughout the series is to find and consume the rest of Sukana’s fingers to destroy the “King of Curses” and protect the world.
The series was licensed by Crunchyroll for a worldwide release, and the English dub was released in 2020. Season 3 will follow the Culling Game arc that takes place in chapters 128 through 221 in the manga.
The initial release of Season 3 was in early 2026, but now fans of the series are able to watch the new season on Netflix with multiple language options, including English dub.
Season 3 of JJK will be available on Netflix tomorrow, July 23 at 3 AM ET (or 12 AM PT).
If you log on at exactly that time and don’t see the series, don’t fret! Sometimes it takes a few minutes for new content to load.
There are 12 episodes in JJK Season 3. This is half the amount of episodes the previous seasons have, but Studio MAPPA decided to split the Culling Game arc into two separate seasons. Part two will be adapted in Season 4.
