Add The California Post on Google Serbian tennis icon Novak Djokovic is currently in a tight battle against Canada’s Felix Auger-Aliassime during the quarterfinal round of Wimbledon on July 7.
Both Djokovic (who is the world’s No. 8-ranked player right now, according to the ATP) and Auger-Aliassime (the world’s No. 4-ranked player) look to be in top form and appear evenly matched in this contest.
Despite the game being back and forth, the match’s broadcast cameras continues to pan to Novak’s wife, Jelena, who appears to be watching with baited breath during every rally.
Jelena can be seen wearing a white dress with a pink floral pattern, along with brown sunglasses and what looks to be a rose gold watch.
It isn’t surprising to see Jelena supporting her husband in person, as she seldom misses one of his tournaments, especially a major like Wimbledon.
These two have been married since 2014 but have been together for much longer than that, since they were actually high school sweethearts. They currently have two children together, one named Stefan and another named Tara. Although it appears that neither are with Jelena during their dad’s Quarterfinal match, or at least they’re not with her in his suite.
There’s no indication that Auger-Aliassime’s wife, Nina, is present at Tuesday’s match, although that doesn’t necessarily mean that she isn’t there.
And one would assume that Nina will make an appearance if Felix manages to beat Djokovic and advance to the semifinal, where he (or Djokovic) would face the great Jannik Sinner.
