Add Page Six on Google Meghan Markle, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet may not make the trek across the pond with Prince Harry later this month, Page Six confirms.
A source familiar with the situation tells Page Six, “The reason for the decision is likely to be down to concerns from the Duke’s security team and the lack of up-to-date Risk Management Board. The RMB was supposed to have taken place in March but was inexplicably parked.”
“Such an assessment would have provided a more comprehensive understanding of the threats and risks faced by the Duke and his family,” they concluded.
While People reported that the Duchess of Sussex, 44, Archie, 7, and Lilibet, 5, won’t be making their way to London with the Duke of Sussex, 41, our source says it’s still possible.
A rep for the royals didn’t immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
When news first broke about Prince Harry and his family’s trip, sources told Page Six that the Duke of Sussex “always travels with one of two of his own security team.”
Prince Harry and Markle have not brought their children to England since 2022.
The UK trip was put in place to promote the 2027 Invictus Games, which will take place in Birmingham next year.
Harry and Markle, who married in 2018, stepped away from their royal duties in 2020 and relocated to Montecito, California — which caused a rift in the royal family.

The last time Prince William and Prince Harry saw one another was in 2022 at Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral.
Reports surfaced earlier this week that Kate Middleton had been trying to convince her husband, Prince William, to meet up with his estranged brother, sister-in-law and niece and nephew.
“At this time, William is not planning to be there, but things could change,” insiders told Us Weekly on Wednesday.
“Kate has been trying to convince William to meet with Harry, Meghan and the kids,” the source shared, before adding that the Princess of Wales, 44, is also “interested in seeing the kids.”
Since there haven’t been “opportunities to see Archie and Lilibet” in the past, the news of their upcoming visit “was a shock.”
Sources claimed that the princess is hopeful that the Prince of Wales, 44, “will show up,” but “respects his decision” either way.
The insider alleged that William will only meet with his younger sibling “when he’s ready.”
As for King Charles, sources claimed that “there is definitely excitement” on the family patriarch’s part.
“Charles is also optimistic about this. He’s hoping it’s the first step toward repairing the relationship between Harry and William, as well.”
