The former Mets DH told The Post on Friday that he’s not interested in becoming the team’s next full-time manager.

Andy Green is filling the position on an interim basis following Carlos Mendoza’s firing last week, but has indicated he plans to return to his player development role after the season.

“I like my freedom,” Martinez said before the Mets faced the Braves at Truist Park. “I have worked too many years to not keep it.”
