A black shield-shaped embroidered item with a semi-circular base 2 1/4 inches (5.72 cm) in height and 1 7/8 inches (4.76 cm) in width overall, divided diagonally from upper left to lower right by alternating yellow and scarlet stripes, 15/64 inch (.595 cm), 3/32 inch (.238 cm), 5/64 inch (.196 cm), 3/32 inch (.238 cm), 5/64 inch (.196 cm), 3/32 inch (.238 cm), 15/64 inch (.595 cm); all within a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) white border. On a black oval-shaped embroidered item with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) white border, 1 3/8 inches (3.49 cm) in height and 2 1/4 inches (5.72 cm) in width overall, a yellow diagonal band from upper left to lower right bearing three scarlet stripes. The background trimming was approved on 12 October 1995. (TIOH Dwg. No. A-6-183)
