Senior Marine NCOs are the most experienced leaders in the enlisted ranks. They advise commanders, train junior NCOs and serve as the living embodiment of Marine Corps values.
Marine Officers lead from the front. They plan and execute operations across the full spectrum of conflict, from humanitarian assistance to high-intensity combat, always alongside their Marines.
Marine General Officers command the largest formations and shape the strategic direction of the Corps. They represent the Marine Corps at the highest levels of national and military leadership.
