What Happened
Killed at the Pentagon on the morning of 11 September 2001, when American Airlines flight 77 struck the western face of the building at 9:37. A hundred and twenty-five people inside and fifty-nine aboard the aircraft were killed.
Biography
Commander, United States Navy, of the Navy Command Center, and a graduate of the Naval Academy in the class of 1986.

A classmate wrote a poem for him after, in his voice, which his family have kept: I'm still here, in the laughter of the children, in the candle burning bright; in the passing of the seasons, and the change from day to night.

He was thirty-seven.
