Biography
Timothy Stoll served the Morris County Bureau of Corrections for 12 years, most recently as quartermaster — the officer responsible for managing the facility's supplies and equipment. He was a US Marine Corps veteran, a lifetime member and past treasurer of the Montville (Towaco) Volunteer Fire Department, and a man of deep community commitment. Born in Boonton, he lived in Flanders, New Jersey. He was 42 years old.
