What Happened
Reserve Officer Michael Haen was accidentally shot and killed by a sheriff's deputy after being dispatched to the scene of a traffic accident. During the accident investigation, an officer attempted to arrest a suspect and a struggle ensued. Shots were exchanged and Officer Haen was accidentally struck by shots fired by the sheriff's deputy.
