Turai Yosef Hasan served in the Israel Defense Forces. Yosef served with the Armored Corps. Yosef was 18 years old.
בן רחמים ושרה. נולד ביום ט"ז בכסלו תרצ"ח (20.11.1937) בעיר דרנה שבלוב. המשפחה עלתה לארץ בשנת 1949. יוסף למד בבית-ספר יסודי ויחד עם זה החל לעבוד. לאט-לאט הגיע לדרגת עוזר למנהל-פרדסים בסביבות כפר-יבנה. עזר בקיום הוריו. בשנת 1954 גויס לצה"ל ועד-מהרה הוכיח למפקדיו את יכולתו ומסירותו. בזמן שירותו השתלם במקצוע הנהגות. השתתף במערכת-סיני וביום כ"ז במרחשון תשי"ז (1.11.1956) נפל בקרב אבו-עגילה. הובא לקבורה בבית-הקברות הצבאי לשעת-חירום בשלח וביום י"ב במרחשון תשי"ח (6.11.1957) הועבר למנוחת-עולמים בבית-הקברות הצבאי בקרית-שאול.
