Turai Rishon Shmuel-Moshe Tzik served in the Israel Defense Forces. Shmuel-Moshe served with the Armored Corps. Shmuel-Moshe was 21 years old.
בן יהודה-יוסף ודבורה. נולד ביום כ"ב בכסלו תש"ח (5.12.1947) בדומברבה אשר ברומניה. עד גיל 14 למד, בשעות הבוקר, בבית-ספר יסודי בעיר הולדתו ואחרי הצהריים היה לומד תורה ב"חדר". שנה אחת למד בבית-ספר מקצועי את מקצוע הנגרות. בשנת 1964 עלה עם משפחתו לישראל. הוא לא נטה להמשיך בלימודים והחל לעבוד בבית-חרושת לחוטים. בנעוריו עסק בספורט ואסף מטבעות וסמלים. לעת מצוא היה עובד בגינה שליד הבית. הוא התעניין מאוד בפוליטיקה ותמיד השתוקק לדעת את המתרחש בעולם. עוד לפני שעלה לישראל חלם תמיד להיות חייל בצה"ל. חלומו התגשם כאשר בסוף חודש נובמבר 1966 גויס לצה"ל לחיל השריון. הוא נטל חלק במלחמת ששת הימים ולאחר המלחמה שהה חודשים אחדים בקיבוץ. אורח החיים בקיבוץ וחיי החברה והמשק שבו את לבו. ביום ו' בתמוז תשכ"ט (22.6.1969), נפל בעת שירותו. הובא למנוחת-עולמים בבית-הקברות הצבאי שעל הר-הרצל בירושלים.
