בן יהודית וסעדיה. נולד ביום כ"א בטבת התש"י (8.2.1950) בכפר סבא. ביום 24.3.1975 התגייס למשטרת ישראל ושירת במחוז ירושלים, ביחידת המשמר האזרחי המחוזי. בצלאל נישא לשרה, ולהם שני ילדים: ליאור ועידו. ניצב משנה בצלאל פרי פיטשון נפל בעת מילוי תפקידו ביום ט"ו בניסן תשס"א (8.4.2001). בן חמישים ואחת בנפלו. הובא למנוחת עולמים בבית העלמין הצבאי בכפר סבא. הותיר אישה ושני ילדים. על מצבתו חקקו אוהביו: "איש ישר ואמיץ".
