Rav Samal Rishon Amnon Bujrgil served with the Israel Police.
בן ניסים (ליאון) ומרסל. אמנון נולד בתוניס בכ"ז בתשרי תש"ה (14/10/1944). עלה לארץ בגיל צעיר, בתקופת נעוריו התגורר והתחנך בקיבוץ עמיר שבצפון. בשנת 1962 התגייס אמנון לצה"ל ושירת בחיל השריון. בשנת 1965 התגייס אמנון למשטרת ישראל. במהלך שירותו תיפקד כראש קבוצת הסיור במשטרת אילון. ביום ו' בתשרי תשמ"ב (4.10.1981) נפל רב-סמל ראשון אמנון בעת שירותו. בן שלושים ושבע בנפלו. הוא נטמן בבית העלמין בחולון. הותיר אחריו אישה ושלושה ילדים. כתבו בני המשפחה: "אמנון היקר זכור הן למשפחתו והן לחבריו בחוש ההומור המיוחד, באהבתו ובנתינה שלו לזולת. אמנון שלנו היה איש חייכן ובעל שמחת חיים, אדם שגרם לכולם לשמוח ולצחוק יחד איתו, אדם שאהב לכתוב ולספר סיפורים מסוגננים ומלהיבים שסחפו והקסימו את כולנו".
