Turai Aliza Shainerman served in the Israel Defense Forces. Aliza served with the C4i Corps. Aliza served in the War of Independence. Aliza was 18 years old.
בת חנה וישראל, נולדה ביום כ"ט בתמוז תרפ"ט (6.8.1929) בירושלים. ימי נעוריה עברו עליה בנהריה בה סיימה בית-ספר יסודי ולמדה תפירה. התחנכה לפי דוגמת אחיה משה, שהיה איש ה"הגנה" מנעוריו, לקראת השתתפות במאבק ובלחימה על הקמת המדינה בבוא המועד. היתה נערה עדינה, רוחה כרוח אחיה לגבורה ולאומץ-לב. מרצונה למלא את תפקידה בהגנת הגליל בכל יכולתה, הצטרפה כאלחוטנית לשיירה שיצאה ליחיעם ושאליה נלווה אחיה כמפקדה. השיירה יצאה מנהריה ביום ט"ז באדר ב' תש"ח (27.3.1948) בשעות הצהריים ובה 7 כלי רכב ו90- אנשים כדי להעביר אספקה, חומרי ביצורים ותגבורת ליחיעם. ליד כברי נתקלה השיירה במארב שהציבו הערבים. המשוריין הראשון הצליח לפרוץ ולהגיע ליחיעם, אך שאר כלי הרכב נלכדו במארב. אנשי השיירה לחמו עד שעות הערב ובקרב שהתלקח נפלו השניים, משה ועליזה. הובאה למנוחת-עולמים בבית-הקברות הצבאי בנהריה.
