Rav Turai Moshe Foksman served in the Israel Defense Forces. Moshe served with the Intelligence Corps. Moshe served in the War of Attrition. Moshe was 19 years old.
בן יוסף ואסתר. נולד ביום א' במרחשון תשי"א (12.10.1950) בחיפה. למד בבית-הספר היסודי "אמונה" ובבית-הספר התיכון "אבן פינה" בחיפה. היה בן חביב ומסור להוריו ומשפחתו. גויס לצה"ל בנובמבר 1968. ביום הולדתו התשעה-עשר, א' במרחשון תש"ל (13.10.1969), נפל בעת מילוי תפקידו. הובא למנוחת-עולמים בבית-הקברות הצבאי בקרית-שאול. ביום נפלו הועלה לדרגת רב"ט. שמעון קירשנר מספר: "את פוקסי הכרתי כאשר הצטרפתי בשנת 1966 לתנועת "דרור" המחנות העולים, סניף הדר. מיד היה ברור כי פוקסי הוא מנהיג החבורה, לכל מקום אליו פנית שמעת את השם פוקסי. עם פוקסי נסעתי לכנס השכבה למרחב שהתקיים בתל-אביב והייתי גאה מאוד שהוא בחר בי להצטרף אליו כנציג הסניף בשכבה. בצבא כל אחד פנה לדרכו, ובמקרה שמעתי על נפילתו ביום הולדתו ה- 19 וליבי נחמץ".
