בן אסתר ומשה, נולד ביום ל' באב תרפ"ו (10.8.1926) בירושלים, למשפחה ענייה. למד ב"חדר" בעיר העתיקה, מקום מגורי הוריו. כאשר עברה המשפחה לגור בעיר החדשה, המשיך הנער את לימודיו בבית-הספר "כל ישראל חברים" ומשם עבר לתלמוד- תורה "בית אהרן". עם סיום לימודיו יצא לבקש עבודה ונשא בעול פרנסת הבית. הוא הצטרף למחתרת האצ"ל, אך שמר על סודו זה בקפדנות. הדבר נודע למשפחה רק ביום שבו יצא מן המחתרת והצטרף עם חבריו לצבא הסדיר. נסים השתתף בכיבוש מלחה ועוד הספיק לבוא הביתה ולספר על חלקו במערכה זו. יצא שנית, לקרב שממנו לא חזר. נסים נפל בחזית ירושלים ביום י"א בתמוז תש"ח (18.7.1948) ונקבר בשייח'-באדר א'. ביום כ"ח באלול תש"י (10.9.1950) הועבר למנוחת-עולמים בבית-הקברות הצבאי בהר- הרצל בירושלים.
