Turai Shalom Atya served in the Israel Defense Forces. Shalom served with the Nahal Brigade. Shalom served in the Sinai Campaign. Shalom was 19 years old.
בן קלה ושרה. נולד ביום ל' בתשרי תרצ"ח (5.10.1937) באלג'יר. עלה לארץ בשנת 1949. למד בבית-ספר יסודי. השתייך לתנועת "השומר הצעיר". נפל בשירות סדיר במערכת-סיני ביום כ"ו במרחשון תשי"ז (31.10.1956), אך גופתו לא נמצאה. מצבה הוצבה לזכרו בחלקת-הנעדרים בבית-הקברות הצבאי שעל הר-הרצל בירושלים. החלל הינו מקל''ן- חלל שמקום קבורתו לא נודע.
