Hilel Mishayev served with the Border Patrol Police. Hilel served in the South Lebanon Security Zone. Hilel was 20 years old.
בן מזל ויוחאי, נולד ביום כ"ט באב תשכ"ב (29.8.1962) בקווקז שבברית-המועצות. את לימודיו היסודיים הוא התחיל בארץ הולדתו, שם סיים שבע שנות לימוד. בשנת 1975 עלה הלל עם הוריו לארץ, והמשפחה השתקעה במגדל העמק. הלל המשיך ללמוד בחטיבת-הביניים בעיירה שלו. בגיל צעיר הוא יצא לעבוד ורכש מקצוע - מכונאי רכב. באפריל 1980 התגייס הלל לצה"ל. הוא עבר אימוני טירונות כלליים, והוצב לשירות במשמר-הגבול. בתקופת מלחמת שלום הגליל הועבר הלל עם יחידתו ללבנון, לתעסוקה בביטחון שוטף. ביום כ"ה בחשוון תשמ"ג (11.11.1982) התפוצץ מיכל גז בבית הממשל הצבאי בצור. הבניין קרס וקבר תחתיו את היושבים בו. בין ההרוגים היה הלל. בן 20 שנים הוא היה בנופלו. הלל הובא למנוחות בבית-הקברות במגדל העמק. הוא הניח אחריו הורים, ארבעה אחים ושתי אחיות. אחרי שנפל, הועלה הלל לדרגת רב"ט.
