בן רג'ינה ועובדיה, נולד בשנת 1921 בטבריה. למד בבית-ספר יסודי, ובגיל צעיר החל לעבוד. לאחרונה היה נהג שכיר, התפרנס בכבוד ועזר להוריו. מנעוריו היה חבר ה"הגנה". בסוף שנת 1947 התנדב ליחידת-ההובלה של "סולל-בונה" והביא חומרי ביצורים למקומות שונים בגליל. לעתים קרובות נקרא לבסיס הצבאי כדי להסיע יחידות לוחמות לחזיתות השונות. באחת הנסיעות האלה, ביום ב' בסיוון תש"ח (9.6.1948), בקרבת לוביה, נפל בשעה שירד עם חברו מהמכונית כדי למלא בעפר את הפרצות והתעלות שנחפרו על-ידי האויב. שניהם נהרגו בו במקום. כעברו חודשיים, כשנכבש הכפר על-ידי צבא ישראל, נמצאה גופתו. נקבר בכפר חיטין. ביום כ"ז באלול תש"ט (21.9.1949) הועבר למנוחת-עולמים בבית-הקברות הצבאי בחיפה.
