Rav Turai Sigal Rodrig served in the Israel Defense Forces. Sigal served with the Logistics Corps. Sigal served in the South Lebanon Security Zone. Sigal was 18 years old.
בת רחל ואליהו. נולדה ביום ד' בחשוון תשכ"ט (26.11.1968) בירושלים. סיגל ומשפחתה התגוררו במושב בית-נקופה ליד ירושלים. היא למדה בבית-הספר היסודי 'משה שרת' בירושלים ובבית-הספר התיכון 'מכללת אורט' במגמת מחשבים. בשלהי חודש אוקטובר 1986 גויסה סיגל לשירות חובה בצה"ל. היא עברה טירונות והוצבה בחיל-התחזוקה. בסיום הטירונות נשלחה סיגל לקורס מש"קיות רישום וסיימה אותו בציון גבוה במיוחד. בתום הקורס נשלחה לשרת במפקדת מחוז ירושלים כפקידת רישום באגף התחזוקה. לדברי מפקדה, סיגל ביצעה תפקידיה בדייקנות במסירות ובאחריות הראויות להוקרה ולהערכה. כאשר הועלתה סיגל לדרגת רב"ט כתב מפקדה כי סיגל גילתה יוזמה רבה ומעורבות גבוהה. סיגל היתה קשורה מאוד לבני משפחתה, מעורבת במשק המשפחה הקטן וכל ערב בסיום תפקידה בבסיס היתה עוזרת באחזקת לול העופות. ביום כ' בחשוון תשמ"ח (11.11.1987) נפלה סיגל בעת שירותה והובאה למנוחת-עולמים בבית-העלמין הצבאי בהר הרצל בירושלים. הותירה אחריה הורים ואחות - טלי.
