Moshe Carmeli Manolesko served with the Israel Police. Moshe was 44 years old.
בן רבקה וצבי מנולסקו. משה נולד ברומניה בכ"ט בניסן תרפ"ט (9.5.1929). סיים ברומניה בית ספר יסודי ותיכון, וכן היה חניך "מכבי". הוא עלה ארצה בדצמבר 1948. משה שירת בצבא, והתגייס במאי 1958 למשטרה. הוא שירת כשוטר וכקצין, שימש כמפקד מחלקת סמים ומוסר, מפקד תחנת חן-יוניס, ובתפקידו האחרון סגן ומ"מ מפקד רצועת עזה וצפון סיני. רב-פקד משה נהרג ביום ט' בתשרי תשל"ד (5.10.1973), ערב יום הכיפורים, ברחובה הראשי של עזה, כשרימון נזרק למכוניתו. בן ארבעים וארבע בנפלו. הוא נטמן בחלקה המשטרתית בבית העלמין בקריית שאול, תל אביב. הניח אישה ושני ילדים. אחרי נפלו הוענק למשה עיטור השירות המשטרתי.
