Rami "Kishroni" Bar-Sela Hochshtein
Rav Samal Rami Bar-Sela Hochshtein served in the Israeli Air Force. Rami served with the Air Force.
בן שרגא וטובה. נולד ביום כ"ג באדר תרצ"ג (6.3.1937) בירושלים. אחרי שסיים את לימודיו בבית-ספר יסודי למד בבית-ספר תיכון. לאחר-מכן למד בבית-הספר הטכני של חיל-האויר והיה מראשוני-בוגריו כטכנאי. היה הרוח החיה בכל מפגש-רעים. כן היה בעל חוש-צדק והיה מותח ביקורת קשה כשנוכח בפגיעה בעקרונותיו. כשגויס לצה"ל בינואר 1956 שירת בחיל-האויר במסגרת נח"ל. בערב יום-העצמאות תשי"ז ציין אותו לשבח נשיא-המדינה, מר יצחק בן-צבי ז"ל, על האומץ אשר גילה ביחידתו ועל היותו בין המצטיינים שבחיילים באותה שנה. לא ידע ליאות עד אם סיים את עבודתו. במשך שנות-פעילותו בטייסת עבר את כל שלבי-ההתקדמות - ממכונאי רגיל ועד ממלא-מקומו של קצין טכני. מצא סיפוק רב בעבודתו כמכונאי מוטס ואת נסיונו המרובה בעבודה זו ריכז בכתב כדי להקל על קליטתם של מכונאים צעירים בטייסת. ביום י"ח באייר תשכ"ד (29.4.1964) נפל בשעת מילוי תפקידו והובא למנוחת-עולמים בבית-הקברות הצבאי שעל הר-הרצל בירושלים.
