What Happened
Officer Clinton Davis was killed in the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks while attempting to rescue the victims trapped in the World Trade Center.
Officer Davis, who also served with the U.S. Air Force at Bergstrom Air Force Base in Texas, had served with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Police Department for 14 years.
