Firefighter Thomas J. Farrell, 48, of the Fire Department City of New York – Ladder 41, died on March 25, 2016, from illness related to response to the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center. A resident of Long Beach, New York, he was the loving father of Thomas, Jackson, and Adian; the devoted son of Elizabeth and the late Timothy; and the dear brother of Donna (Joseph) Wheeler, Joseph (Lisa), Patrice, Timothy, Stephen (Antonella), Christopher (Kelly), and the late Michael.
How they died
Firefighter of the Fire Department of the City of New York, who died of an illness from the rescue and recovery at the World Trade Center. Died on 25 March 2016, at the age of 48. The Fire Department has not published a release naming this member among the additions to its World Trade Center Memorial Wall, so no inscription is claimed here.
