Trooper Czarnecki had served with the New York State Police for 20 years and was assigned to SP Boston.
You walked into it and it took years to finish the job.
Trooper Czarnecki gave the New York State Police 20 years.
Thank you for your service to the people of New York. Gone but never to be forgotten.
