David Gray Wilhelm

Agent Wilhelm was shot and killed by a murder/rape suspect who had shot and killed a Fulton County Deputy Hoyt Teasley and a Federal Judge one day prior. A court recorder was shot and killed and another deputy was wounded before the suspect was captured March 11, 2005. While working at his new home, Agent Wilhelm was off-duty when the suspect shot and killed him, stole his truck, badge and service weapon. The suspect was convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison.
