Firefighter of the Fire Department of the City of New York, who died of an illness from the rescue and recovery at the World Trade Center. The department added the name to its World Trade Center Memorial Wall at the ceremony of 08 September 2015. Died on 05 October 2014. The date is from the New York State Fallen Firefighters Memorial Roll of Honor, published by the State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services, which also records the name as cut on panel 2 Bottom of the State memorial at Albany.
