Her

Her is a French band of soul music from Rennes. Formed in 2015, it is composed of Simon Carpentier and Victor Solf. The name of the group was chosen by her two members to represent the cause of women and feminism. Her was founded in April 2015 and they released their first EP Her Tape #1. Their first singles are 'Quite Like' and 'Five Minutes'. The video clip of the song Quite Like was directed by Raphaël Frydman and produced by Partizan. It portrays feminine beauty and softness as a young woman - the Finnish model Anna Nevala - miming every word whispered by the duo.

Simon Carpentier died on August 13, 2017 from cancer. He was 27 years old.

Her first album is released on March 30, 2018.
